Rip-It-Ups are probably best described as a Traditional Rock & Roll
Band – with lots of Blues – Rockabilly – Country Jazz & Soul.
Fronted by dynamic vocalist Jodi Birchall, the band features any or all
of the below players at any given time – always a real Rock & Roll
Extravaganza! And quite a party for everybody, Young or Old, as the band
can play everything from ballads, originals, country AND western to
great jazz, blues & rock – always with a lot of energy!
The band is made up of old friends who
finally got around to Playing Together – all at the same time!
Featured along with Jodi Birchall are Recording artist & amazing trumpet
and Singer/ Songwriter Kami Lyle, Legendary Bassist & Singer/ Songwriter
Joey Spampinato who, along with his brother Johnny Spampinato, are
members of the World-Renowned Rock & Roll band, NRBQ. Paul Dinsmore &
Gary Locke played with the Bluesdusters for many years in the Cape Cod
area. Mike Taylor has played with The Judy Wallace Group & along with
Tad Price, played for many years with Sarah Burrill. |
